Since the start of Covid, I have been designing experiences to support users through times of uncertainty and change, such as chronic illness management and platform migration. I believe change doesn't have to be bad and deliberately designed support and guidance elevate customers' satisfaction, confidence and loyalty.

Outside of the office, you can find me practicing karate, traveling, or picking apples off trees.
